These 1 lb sticks are approximately 1 inch in diameter and 21 inches long.
Fitting them into a side by side refrigerator/freezer can be a challenge due to their length, but they do thaw quickly, so folding them in half once they are soft enough and putting them back into your freezer is a great solution if that is an issue.
They thaw quickly because of their thin diameter. Easiest to score the plastic with a sharp blade when frozen, then peel back the plastic to thaw. The plastic is sealed on one end, and folded over on the other end.
